Overcome menstrual pain with cinnamon

Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea) is pain / illness arising during menstruation or during menstruation will (menstruation), with symptoms such as heartburn in the lower abdomen to the waist and thighs.

To treat menstrual pain, I present the following traditional medicine for menstrual pain using cinnamon:Ingredients:- Cinnamon powder (0.5 to 2.5 grams)- Hot Water (1/2 cup)
 

Usage: 
Ground cinnamon brewed using hot water. Drink this mixture two times a day with the same dose.
