Tips to Overcome Pain Waist When Pregnant


Pregnancy for a mother is a joy and pride in itself, but in line with the growth of the uterus and stretch his muscles so the womb of a mother who is pregnant will often feel sore waist.

To overcome the waist pain following a few tips you can do:

1. Do not lift heavy things

2. Lying relaxed while resting can help relieve pain

3. If you have lain still feel pain, so take a comfortable position to sit down and lift the little feet and do not cross it

4. Waist pack with warm water while slowly massaged 


5. Perform routine minor sports such as gymnastics and roads so that the body remains fit

6. Drink at least 8 glasses of plain water a day
