Tips sit at the computer is not tired




Sit too long in front of a computer can lead to postural problems , and even have an impact on the overall health of the body . To avoid health problems occur , a health expert , Dr. Helen Lee , DC , provide a variety of tips to improve your posture .
Dr. Lee explains that poor sitting posture can lead to poor health as well . " Sitting in a long time , year after year can make the body's circulation decreases , metabolism slows , blood sugar imbalances and posture affect muscle balance , " said Dr. Lee .

1 . Placing a small pillowDr. Lee suggested put a small pillow behind your lower back . To be around the waist and buttocks can be comfortable and relax when sitting at the computer .
2 . PostureHave a seat as good as any if you sit wrong way then it will not improve your posture . Avoid bending , too close to the computer keyboard and crossed his legs so we get
comfort while sitting at the computer .
Here sits the right way :
- Both legs placed straight on the floor with your knees slightly steeper than the hips or bench .
- The elbows comfortably on the side or back of the chair and put on your shoulders relaxed straight .
- Head looking straight ahead
- Focus on abdominal breathing to increase oxygen to the body . Abdominal breathing also makes you feel relaxed .
3 . Plenty of drinking waterDehydration can make you easily tired and sat way tends to fall when you are short of water in the body . Drink water , tea or juice to avoid dehydration .
4 . MovesAvoid sitting in front of a computer all day in a chair . Move  regularly with walking every 15 to 30 minutes or so to stretch the muscles . You can also take a walk to increase energy .
