Tips to keep eyes healthy

Eye is an organ that is very important and vital, what would happen if we can not see? well then let's keep our eyes either to keep it healthy. in this article Vit4U blog will share some tips to keep your eyes stay healthy.
 

1. In the Outdoors.  
Not only the body that need protection to ultraviolet light, the eyes were also needed. To that end, any outdoors activities, especially in the daytime, wear sunglasses
 

2. Consumption of Foods.

5. In Home Computer.

If you are using LCD monitors or laptops, set screen brightness so it is not too bright (sharp).
