Hair dye is one way to look stylish and fashionable. Yet despite the want, many choose not to do so for fear of the risks / side effects that may occur. Outstanding, using hair dye can cause hair damage, dry, and fall, and cause allergies, skin irritation, respiratory problems, to cancer. Basically, as long as done by following the correct rules and not excessive (not too often), then paint the hair is a safe activity. Well, to minimize risk factors that may arise, you should also implement the following tips:
1. There are three types of hair dye, that is temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent. Select the type that suits your needs.
    
 

2. Rinse hair and scalp before being painted.
    
 

3. Do repainting with permanent paint only on the hair roots.
    
 

4. Do not be too often dyed hair, enough at least 60-10 weeks.
     

5. Choose a shampoo and conditioner for hair and painted.

7. Follow the instructions correct usage, for example, applying hair dye no longer than 30 minutes and immediately wash your hair and scalp until completely clean.
     

8. Avoid the use of hair dye when pregnant and lactating women.
    
 

9. Avoid wearing hair tie.
    
 

10. Limit the use of blow-dry styling, hair Spry, and so on.
    
 

11. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day so as not to dry hair.
    
 

12. Eating a healthy balanced menu such as lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, fish oil, and milk and other dairy products are low in fat.
